Hi,

It seems the specific server (209.132.176.122) is missing the file.
You could try replacing

mirrorlist=https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=updates-released-f$releasever&arch=$basearch

... with ...

mirrorlist=https://66.35.62.166/metalink?repo=updates-released-f$releasever&arch=$basearch

*This is a temporary and ugly work-around*

You should revert to the original when things get fixed. I will
forward the mail to the infrastructure list and see if someone can
check it. Will keep you updated.
