You could try replacing mirrorlist=https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=updates-released-f$releasever&arch=$basearch ... with ... mirrorlist=https://66.35.62.166/metalink?repo=updates-released-f$releasever&arch=$basearch *This is a temporary and ugly work-around* You should revert to the original when things get fixed.
