Thank you for posting this. Now, I did a google search and found out that your computer uses orinoco stuff? that is not normally built into the kernel. The following page explains this a bit and should guide you for how to proceed with making wirless work.

If you want the internal LT Modem to work, I know exactly how to help since I have two/three of those working on my PCs at home. So if you needd help with that let me know.
