Well, one does: 

 febootstrap fedora-10 ./f10

 Then, I am guessing,
 
 febootstrap-to-initramfs ./f10 > initrd.img
 
 And this is where I come to a full stop.....then what?
 
 I understand this is a different option: not clear what to
 do with this.
