Complain to Google then.  When searching to find a response to try and help out OP, that page was found.  I guesw the process is the important one.  Today all that one needs is to use a dialer, can be kppp or use wvdial from CLI.  Put in account information and try to connect.  But many people out there complain that dialup is like the comparing the 21st century to the age of the dinosaurs.  I just tried to help, but I hear you.
