Ok, tnx for advices.

It seems, that I have lots of problems and lots of fc10
left. Have to sit down to think :D

This is intresting, I made upgrade from dvd.
Makes me wonder, what I have done before there in
fc10, what breaks upgrade.

Seems that everything's working anyway...
