You're supposed to set up the RPM Fusion repository as documented on the web
page, then use yum install, not use rpm -ivh directly.

The hint you got to use akmod instead wasn't a good one, all it means is
that the module will be rebuilt from source for your current kernel on your
machine instead of just using the binary already built in RPM Fusion, it
doesn't change the above at all.
