(because of incompatible changes to the RPM file format), so
you can just as well go to F10 now.

Why?, with F11 less than 2 weeks away.
It would save an extra hoop.
If he *really* does want to stick with Fedora

But!, I did give him the CentOS option, which for non-testing purposes
would make the better call.
