I disagree. I have at least three PDF viewers installed, any of which
could legitimately call itself "Document Viewer". Until the day comes
when there is Only One True Viewer, this is going to persist, and
obscuring the real name of the app helps no-one.

Why not "Evince Document Viewer"?
