Manually grab/install qgtkstyle.i386, 
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/updates/10/i386/qgtkstyle-0.0-0.2.20090107svn877.fc10.i386.rpm
at least until qt-4.5.0 is released as an update (within a couple of weeks
or so).
