Yes. It's in updates testing:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F10/FEDORA-2009-2433

Because not all mirrors synced yet, do the following as root:

rpm -Uvh
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/updates/testing/10/i386/pidgin-2.5.5-1.fc10.i386.rpm http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/updates/testing/10/i386/libpurple-2.5.5-1.fc10.i386.rpm
