No need to go there, Arch Linux has already done it for you :) Arch
Linux provides rolling updates which is what you're asking for (a
continuous stream of package updates instead of the release+updates -
release+updates most distros including Fedora adhere to). Gentoo is
another rolling distro which has already been mentioned, but it
requires you to build everything yourself.
