Sudo yum install system-config*  and among them will be system-config-display.

Works and you will even have a Gnome menu entry from which you can experiment.

uh, Leslie, I've done a coupla posts complaining that FC10 doesn't seem to have this tool anymore.
You've actually run it in FC10?
