I haven't tried Fedoda 10, yet, but with prior releases, and other distros, I haven't had problems telling the installer not to put their GRUB installation into the MBR, so an existing bootloader carries on unaffected. I've taken two approaches, both worked: Don't install GRUB into any bootblock.
