  Repeat what I said last time, but after shuttfing down network manager
delete these files:

     /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
     /etc/sysconfig/networking/profiles/default/*
     /etc/sysconfig/networking/devices/*


 Maybe it works after that .. if not ... add eye of newt to the
ifcfg-eth0 file, hope the hurly burly comes and dont forget to warm the
cauldron ...
