Interesting. I have smart 1.1.58 on F8, and the changelog says:

Smart Package Manager is a next generation package handling tool.
* Sun Dec 21 2008 Axel Thimm <Axel.Thimm@xxxxxxxxxx> - 1.1-58
- Use bugfix branch, remove already included patches.

I think the F10 version is on its way ....
