I propose a new plugin, --skip-conflicts

Why? Sometimes there exists conflicts between versions of packages, Package A depends on Package B, but Package B has conflicts with Package C and therefore yum cannot update the package cannot install because of these conflicts. It is just an idea, but very much encountered especially on rawhide :)

Although on rawhide, there are many, many talented users that help us/guide us when we encounter problems/conflicts with packages :), there is no substitute for that. But still it is just a thought :)
