Package installer OFF-line ???

Hai,

My network connection is up.
I can ping www.google.com (and get a perfect result)

I can start a terminal window. install a package with yum install
(package name).  No problemo !


But if i try this from a normal user-account
Start --> System --> Beheer --> Install new packages  (GPK_Application
0.3.9)

I see no packages to install....
System --> Refresh packagelist (within the application) i get an error:

No network Connections available
Cannot refresh cashe whilst: offline

==

Whith the software updater i get the message : There are no updates
available.
When i do a refresh, i get the same message as above:

No network Connections available
Cannot refresh cashe whilst: offline

==

How can i get the cache on line ???
