I would expect it to work, and FC10 better than older releases, due to the extensive improvements in BAR and PAT (memory management hardware) software. Older kernels often didn't use all of memory.

If you like religious wars, read the "32bit vs 64bit" threads in the archives, since you should be able to run either.
