You wrote the bug report, they have not looked at it.  You did your part.  Now the ball is in their court.  If they fail to do anything about the bug report, you need to (bug) them to fix it or tell them that you will not write more bug reports if they will get ignored.  Many users feel like you, so don't worry.  It happens to ua all.
