re: yum upgrade F8-F9 Gnome panels causing mischief

Ok, so, although I did need to run sabayon, that's not what's behind the
problem.  I didn't realize the .xsession-errors file gets reloaded each
time you log in.  So here's my actual file.  It looks like, for the most
part, the problem is that there's some 'fixed' font that doesn't exist.
So how do I change it to the proper font if I can't do anything in
gnome?  One thing I read online recommended deleting the tmp/.ICE files.
Is this advisable?
