I watch this list for messages with selinux in the subject.  Too much
email otherwise.

I think this whole conversation calls for a tool to pick an alternative
homedir and allow labeling there.  Currently semanage reads the passwd
database and tries to figure out where homedirs are located and sets up
the labeling based off this.  If A user wants to move his homedir to an
alternative location we need a mechanism for him to tell selinux.
