Re: pulseaudio does not start after kernel update

I went to the original Fedora repository and re-installed pulse audio.
 Didn't work.  Then I did yum update pulseaudio.
No luck either.

I went to the sound tester applet and clicked to test sound.  It came
through.  It said Intel something.

What is the source of the problem?
