This was the opening sentence in your mail, and obviously morning
shows the day. This sentence is not just non-feasible logic, this is
absolute atrocity on the concept of logic.

1. Air is not under the jurisdiction of patents and license.

2. IFF there is some alternative of air, say air', and while air is
proprietary and air' is not, only then this simile can have any simile
of meaning. You can see this is double layered dubious analogy.

3. Using 'anyone' in place of the normal 'anything' (there is, let us
presume, some difference between animate/inanimate, person/thing
always already exists) can be deliberate, or, non-intentional. If
deliberate, it shows overlapping the double-layered dubious analogy
from point 2 above, and if it is non-intentional, you should be more
attentive to what you write.

4. Either you do not have any sense of what power means, in which
case, let me remind you, the very concept of power is always
contextual, power has two ends, and all those things that go with it,
and without those contexts, which have been deliberately erased, as
given in point 1 and 2, this is a meaningless word. The word
'abracadabra' could have been an equally powerful alternative of
'power' in this sentence. And if you do not know the meaning of the
word consult any dictionary.

5. As you went into the loop of the double layered dubious logic, it
becomes opaque to you that Stallman was talking about a very real
'power' in a very real social context, first try to understand the
concept of power.
