Just ran this, but it appears selinux doesn't approve:
# semanage fcontext -d '/usr/share/awstats/wwwroot/cgi-bin(/.*)?'
/usr/sbin/semanage: File context for 
/usr/share/awstats/wwwroot/cgi-bin(/.*)? is defined in policy, 
cannot be deleted
