Not quite sure what is the free in beer or free in speech :-)

But is this CentoOS compatible with RHE ?

For example what if I had binaries on compiled on RHE would they work on
CentOS?

Yes it is.  I just assumed that the OP might be looking for a RH
equivalent that was also free as in beer.
