Which community? Maybe the community members who are doing the work?
Do you have a shred of evidence that RedHat has any involvement in KDE
in Fedora? Have you been to any KDE SIG meetings? Are you on the
kde-redhat mailing list? Or are purely making assumptions, possibly
based on your biases?
