fedoraproject.org is not resolving from many sites right now.
The best solution is to make an entry in /etc/hosts to bypass DNS which
is broken for many at the moment.
Add this line to: /etc/hosts
209.132.176.122 fedoraproject.org mirrors.fedoraproject.org
