You need to have a look in updates-testing before it arrives in updates.
If it isn't there then it will not appear in updates.
It does often take some time for updates to be released, they sometimes
get overtaken by events.
Thanks for clarifying that. The package in question doesn't appear to
be in either yet, so I'll hang tight.
