I've encountered it on Fedora 9, but not 8, on the same hardware, both
were fresh installs around the time the release came out and then kept
up to date with yum. I haven't had time to delve into what the
difference is right now, but i suspect that it is related in some way to
the fact that F9 was properly configured at install time so it doesn't
need to prompt me for the key ring passphrase, whereas F8 wasn't and
I've never gone back and configured it properly to not prompt me.
