f9 X crash when clicking evolution "recover"

I just had a new record of 3 bugs biting me within 30 seconds.
evolution crashed as I was typing an address into the CC field.
I restarted evolution and it asked if I wanted to recover a lost
message.  When I clicked recover, X windows crashed and
dropped me to the console.  The console was sluggish because
a process named console-kit was sucking 99.9% of the CPU.

A few questions... when evolution crashes (which is a lot
for me in f9), it sometimes automatically sends a bug report.
I assume this bug report makes bugzilla reports unnecessary.
Is this true?  Should I send a bug report each time it crashes?

There is a mechanism to use smolt to report problems with a
video driver.  Is it better to use smolt or bugzilla to report problems
with X crashing?

For now, I've submitted a bugzilla bug report for the X
crash (449460) but not for the evolution crash.  The console-kit
CPU sucking is a tough one to file a bug report for since two
other bugs preceded it.

Thanks...

PS - Is there any way to get a feeling for the general level
of happiness of a fedora release?  It would be cool if
smolt asked your general happiness with the release
and compiled statistics.  I'd like to see if I'm alone in
struggling more with f9 than f[1-8] (even beta versions).
