Short answer: resolve the conflict. Longer answer: find out which package libmp3lame0-3.97-16.fc8.i386 belongs to (rpm -qf libmp3lame0-3.97-16.fc8.i386) and remove it (yum erase <package>). Of course, that may cause yum to want to remove other stuff.
