F9: .procmailrc ignored

Hello,

I am using fetchmail to download mail from POP3 servers, and sendmail to
deliver it to the local mailbox. I have a $HOME/.procmailrc file that
pipes everything through spamassassin.

This has worked fine for the last several Fedora releases.

This is not working for me with F9. Fetchmail and sendmail are
downloading email and delivering it to my local mailbox, but it is not
getting piped through procmail. I don't see any relevant messages
in /var/log/maillog either:

I tried creating a .forward to send stuff through /usr/bin/procmail, and
I get this:

Can anyone throw some light on this? I've exhausted my limited sendmail
knowledge and am stuck.
