KPDF has been replaced by Okular (in kdegraphics, like KPDF was). Okular also
replaces KGhostView and KDVI, it can view all those formats and more.

scripts could even emit "Calling Okular, can you SEE that you should do the
same in the future?"
it would ease these transitions of programs changing names/getting merged(on
the user side).
