from logging their site and reading thru several of specs on different units,
i have a fair understanding.

it has been a while that i was last involved with radio communications, both
11 meter citizens band and amateur radio [wb4oyi], but i do from time to time
read up on what is going on.

as i recall, any transmitter with a power output of 500 milliwatts or less,
is allowed with out license, and may be used as long as it does not interfere
with licensed operations.

anything above 500 milliwatts requires a license and operations limited to
certain frequencies.

i just logged site again and in specs for nanostation2, it shows;
	Wireless Approvals FCC Part 15.247, IC RS210.

granted, it has been a while that i have been thru part 15 rules and they have
changed. because of this, i have just pulled part 15 rules to see just where it
is now and what is in effect.

therefore, after i read, i will comment further.
