The livna repo has now updated packages and mirrors are synced

I.E.:

kmod-nvidia-2.6.24.4-64.fc8-169.12-6.lvn8.x86_64.rpm. 

http://livna-dl.reloumirrors.net/fedora/8/x86_64/

I'm on i386 and all updates get well done. 

Just try 

# yum clean all; yum update
