system error?? after update to kernel

Hi
my system is Fedora 8 X86_64. It installed with kernel-2.6.23.1-42.fc8. after updated to the last kernels
kernel-2.6.24.3-50.fc8
kernel-2.6.24.3-34.fc8
the system showed following message (from dmesg). can someone explain what these means?
