do you use a hotmail account? Maybe that is my problem. Do i have to register separately with MSN? I thought a hotmail account would do it?

I was wondering if someone who has msn working with pidgin could verify the settings on msn for me. i have left the defaults but it isn't working.

It was my password. I can use numbers but not special characters which sucks but i'm only using it for instant messenger so it'll be fine. I appreciate all the responses!!Thanks!!
