I think I'll defer to Marcelo's opinion/translation.

That may mean something awful in Spanish, I don't know, but obviously
the guy is having a hard time (I don't know of him) but I still don't
think you need to dump on him because of this (private?) email. You're
just giving him reason to say, "Open Source people don't care about
people who contribute." If he has contributed and isn't openly saying
Fedora Sux, then perhaps contact him and give him some support instead
of a kick.
Of course I could be wrong, I don't know the guy... just first
impression. I'll leave it at that.
