Keyring/gdm problem still -- a bug??

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi;

I am still having a problem with my keyring at login for starting
Evolution. This problem was filed as bug
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=426463

var/log/messages gives me: "Mar 11 11:48:39 CASE
gnome-keyring-daemon[2952]: couldn't read 4 bytes from client:"

My root mail gives me the following message:
 "   gdm-binary: pam_keyring(gdm:session): pam_keyring: could not
retrieve +gnome-keyring-deamon PID: 8 Time(s)
    gdm-binary: pam_keyring(gdm:session): pam_keyring: received order to
close +session: 8 Time(s)"

I have (re)moved my ~/.gnome2/keyrings several times and re-entered my
user password, but I am still confronted with a keyrings dialogue at
login.

Is there something else I should be trying? Would a SELinux setting be
causing this? (I am running SELinux in permissive mode at the moment.)
