I don't think this is right. You need to say exactly what you have on your system at the moment. Assuming you just have Windows, you can download the ISO image, ie the file *.iso, to the Windows partition. But then you have to run a Linux program (anaconda) somehow to install the ISO. You can put in the DVD you have burned, and boot from it.
