This does not sound like an SELinux problem,especially from the log file.

Looks like /var/tmp/kdecache-dad/ksycocaQ0pHYb.new
is mislabeled.

chcon -R -t tmp_t  kdecache-dad/ksycocaQ0pHYb.new

If you boot in permissive mode does it still break (enforcing=0), if not
then this is not an SELinux problem.
