Fedora 8 Evolution & SPAM Filtering Not Working

Has anyone else noticed that SPAM filtering in Evolution does not work
under Fedora 8 (even using the very latest updated packages)?

Has anyone found a fix? SPAM filtering (using bogofilter) worked just
fine under Fedora 6.
