What is your use case for using Truecrypt? With Fedora 9, dmcrypt will
be supported by the installer as well as encryption of the root
partition.

I think the main case where you might prefer Truecrypt is if your are
encrypting filesystems that you will sometimes be mounting on Windows
systems. If you aren't doing that, you would probably find dmcrypt
a better solution on Fedora going foward.
