It still exists (and I still subscribe, as it seems to be the closest
there is to a programmer's magazine), but it's gone "corporate". Lots
of Web services, .NET, etc. Much less algorithmics (I miss Dr. Ecco).
Before making the transition to its "new look", it absorbed C/C++ User's
Journal.
I saw an issue of Linux Magazine recently that impressed me much more
than my earlier samples did. I'll have to look at it some more. But
that's Linux-specific, rather than general programming.
