It certainly does and lets clarify it, standard location is defined by a
standard untar X, cd X, ./configure && make && make install
anything else is not as the author directly intends, therfore fedora is
also NON standard in location for most programs, amongst many other things
maybe I should vote that ISC releases named in 3 packages rather than one
as well to name one amongst hundreds :)
