First, some simple questions:
~ (a) Is the computer grounded 3-wire plug and all?
~ (b) Cable, Antenna, Satellite dish?
~ (c) Using a splitter?
~ (d) Properly crimped cables being used?
~ (e) Type of TV card? ISA, PCI, etc.
