New FC7 install kdm problem on logout

Hi folks.

I've installed FC7 onto a system that used to run FC5 no problems. However I
now have one annoying problem.

When I boot up or change to init 5 kdm displays and works fine. However, if I
log out kdm fails to re-display. The screen displays 'Mode Not Supported' and
the screen/kayboard etc. hangs. I can ssh from another box and reboot the
computer which then displays the kdm properly again.

I've re-run system-config-display a new times, and it detects the display
adaptor and LCD screen correctly, but then comes up with 'Mode Not Supported'
message again.

Display: S3 Inc. VT8375 [ProSavage8 KM266/KL266]
Monitor: Proview EM-170 detected as CY765

'yum update' says that the system is up to date

Can anyone suggest possible solutions.

Below is the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file.
