applios.net appears to have a limit to the number of users. This can be a good thing to ensure adequate bandwidth for each user. Yum should move on to the next mirror in the list. I'm getting 25KB/sec downloading from nuvio. This definitely seems low, it would take 10 hours to download a CD. I'll ping their admin.
