Thanks.  I've taken this example, changed the resolution to 1024x768 and 
the refresh rates to those recommended by Gateway (Hsync 30.0-69.0, 
Vrefresh 50.0-110.0)

Sadly, it seems to make no difference.

Any further suggestions...?
