Nigel,

You have done your part and now you have put the ball
back into their court :)

BTW, I have visited your recommended site, and it
hangs.  I get the message:

Oops,the puzzle has failed to start in a reasonable
time.
This could happen if your are no longer connected to
the internet or your computer has problems displaying
Java applets.

Which then takes me to a FAQ page:

I had sun's java on fedora 7 and loading the bubbles
takes the CPU to 99-100% so it fares no much better
using Sun as Fedora's IcedTea does not run, protecting
your CPU from going to 99-100% which is a good deal in
some way.  Other than crashing of course.
